Steph and Simon Allan's girl Mia was conceived with a degenerative cerebrum condition which has abandoned her unable to walk, talk and see. 

The adolescent was diagnosed with juvenile secure malady when she was two, and specialists cautioned her folks she might not live past seven years. 

Steph and Simon, from Balfron, Stirlingshire, were around villagers who imparted the £2million Postcode Lottery win three weeks prior.
